Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a full‑scale manufacturer of automotive seat frames, with in‑house stamping, welding, and assembly facilities, and we welcome on‑site factory audits by our customers.

What certifications does the seat frame have?

The factory is certified under the ISO 9001 quality management system. We can provide material certificates and product test reports, and we support customers in arranging third-party inspections.

Which vehicle models are the seat frame compatible with?

We can manufacture seat frames for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, pickup trucks, vans, construction machinery, and special-purpose vehicles, offering both established standard models and fully customized development.
 

What materials can be used for seat frames?

The mainstream approach employs high-strength steel and advanced high-strength steel (AHSS); aluminum alloys may be selected for lightweighting projects. Surface treatments include powder coating and electrophoretic rust‑proofing.

Can you provide a complete assembly that includes the angle adjuster, slide rails, and lifting mechanism?

Yes, we can. Based on the customer’s drawings, we can supply a complete seat frame assembly that includes an integrated recliner, slide rails, and a height-adjustment mechanism.

Are there any off-the-shelf standard‑size seat frames?

We offer a variety of mature, standardized frameworks. Simply provide the part number, drawing, or sample, and we’ll verify compatibility for you.
 

What are the achievable dimensional tolerances for welding and stamping?

Production strictly adheres to the tolerance requirements specified in the customer’s drawings, and all products are subject to gauge inspection before shipment.

Can the seat frame be developed according to the customer’s drawings or samples?

OEM and ODM customization is supported. Please provide 2D/3D drawings, or physical samples along with key dimensions; we will assess the tooling costs and development timeline.

How long does it take to develop a completely new custom seat frame?

Depending on the complexity of the product’s structure, the mold development cycle typically takes 25–40 working days. Once the mold is completed, prototype samples are provided first; mass production proceeds only after the customer has approved them.

Can we print the customer’s brand logo on the product?

Supports laser marking and steel stamping for customer logos.
