Could you please provide a sample of the seat frame for testing?

Samples are available. The sample fee and shipping costs are borne by the customer; once the bulk order reaches the agreed quantity, the sample fee will be refunded.

How long does it take to produce a sample?

Ready‑made standard samples: 7–10 business days; New custom‑developed samples: 15–25 business days.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for seat frames?

For standard existing models, the minimum order quantity is 200–500 pieces; for newly developed custom‑molded products, the MOQ will be higher, though small trial orders can be discussed on a case‑by‑case basis.

What payment methods are supported?

We accept wire transfers (T/T) and sight letters of credit (L/C); long-term partners may negotiate alternative payment terms.

What is the lead time for mass production?

In-stock standard items: 15–20 business days; custom-made products: 30–45 business days after receipt of the deposit and sample approval.

How is the seat frame packaged for export?

Rust‑proof paper protection plus carton or solid wood pallet packaging, suitable for sea freight export; custom packaging options are also available upon request.

Could you please provide the complete set of export customs clearance documents?

Yes, we can provide the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, material certificate, and test reports.

How can you ensure the quality of seat frames before shipment?

Welding and visual inspection are performed on all units; dimensional measurements are verified via gauges on a sampling basis. Customers are welcome to arrange for third-party inspectors, such as SGS, to conduct on-site inspections.

How is the product warranty calculated?

The warranty covers defects arising from factory manufacturing; improper installation, overloading, and unauthorized modifications are not covered. If you encounter any issues, please contact sales immediately.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Please provide photographic and video evidence within the agreed timeframe. Upon verification, we will arrange for an exchange or compensation in accordance with the terms of the contract.
